He holds numerous professional credentials, and is among the fewer than 1% of CFPs who also hold the Enrolled Agent (EA) credential (federally-licensed tax practitioner).  He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Economics from the State University of New York, with honors in his academic area.  His credentials include the following:

Greg is a member of the National Association of Personal Financial Advisors (NAPFA) and is a NAPFA-registered Financial Advisor.  He is one of the only three CFPs in the country selected to approve peer-reviewed financial plans for admission into NAPFA.  He chairs the Northern Bergen and Rocland (NY) Study Group, in which he and his peers exchange new ideas and share best practices.  He is also a member of the National Association of Enrolled Agents and is an adjenct professor at Fairleigh Dickinson University where he teaches tomorrow's financial planners Tax and Retirement planning.

Professional Experience

Greg began his 20-year wealth management career working in New York City, first at Prudential Securities, then at Wall Street Advisors, and finally at Smith Barney, where he developed the firm's Wealth Management practice in the Northeast Division.

 

Public Service

He is a Director of the Modera Wealth Management Scholarship Fund and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Invest in Kids Foundation, Inc., a charity founded by the firm to help underpriviledged children.  Greg also participates in the The Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) Program that offers free tax help to low-income taxpayers.


Personal
Greg, his wife, Lisa, and their daughter reside in Woodcliff Lake, New Jersey.
