Mark Willoughby is Principal and Wealth Manager of Modera Wealth Management.

Professional Experience
Prior to joining Modera Wealth Management in 2001, Mark held senior positions at Deloitte & Touche, Morgan Stanley, and Chase Manhattan.

Mark has spoken at the New School for Social Research in New York City, and at regional financial advisor conferences, including NAPFA seminars in Atlanta, GA, and Columbia, SC.  He also authored an article on volatility that was published in the May 2008 edition of Financial Planning magazine and has been quoted in various print publications including the Wall Street Journal, Financial Planning magazine, Wealth Manager magazine, CFA magazine, the Newark Star-Ledger and on the Dow Jones Newswire.

Professional Credentials and Education
Mark holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) professional credentials, and is a Chartered Accountant (ACA).  Mark received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from the University of Galway in Ireland, and completed a Post Graduate Degree in Accounting from the University of Dublin in Ireland.

Mark is a member of the National Association of Personal Financial Advisors and is a NAPFA Registered Financial Advisor.  He is also a member of the CFA Institute, the Atlanta Society of Financial Analysts and the Association of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.

Public Service
Mark is a member of the Board of Directors of the Invest in Kids Foundation, Inc., and a Director of the Modera Wealth Management Scholarship Fund.

Personal
Mark, his wife, Johnita, and their two children reside in Atlanta, Georgia.
